The team at Medical Supermarket are on cloud 9 this month as we found out we have been shortlisted for 3 Awards at the Bedfordshire Business Awards 2014
To be shortlisted for one award is a great achievement, but this week we were told that we were up for 3 awards at the up and coming Bedfordshire Business Awards. We have made the final cut for the Most Innovative Company, Excellence in Customer Service and Business of the Year 2014.
Nick Coleman states, “We decided to develop the operational heart of the business in Bedfordshire for a number of reasons but mainly due to the ability to attract great staff. Our warehouse, based in Leighton Buzzard, is a core part of what makes our service and company so great and the team work work tirelessly to ensure all our products are in stock and dispatched on time. The team have devised a set of strict procedures to ensure the highest level of customer service and our core value of always “Being Different” mean we constantly innovate and create new ways of adding value for our customers”.
